Between the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Pahiatua, Plaintiff, and William Bogle, of Coolgardie, late of Pahiatua, settler (or owner). Defendant. YOU are hereby summoned to attend at the Magistrate’s Court to be liolden at Pahiatua on Tuesday, the 31st day of August, 1897, at the hour of 10 o’clock in the forenoon, to answer the demand of the plaintiff for the sum of one pound six shillings and twopence, particulars whereof are hereunto annexed.

Herein fail not, or the case will be heard and determined in your absence.
