Football Notes.

Although the first Cup contest does not take place until next Thursday, the match with Tutaskaru to morrow will be the first foreign match played on the new ground, and should Hie weather continue fine 1 expect to see a good game and a large number of spectators.

The ladies ars invited to the football matches during the coining season, for whom every comfort will be made. The committee of the Club have wisely decided to admit ladies free of charge to all matches.

J. Lncena and C, Knight, two of last year b players for the Pallium Club, will, this year, do battle for the Tutaekara Club. They are both genuine footballers and the Tutaekara ranks will be strengthened by their acquisition. No charge will be made to ground tomorrow.

All the players picked for the match tomorrow are requested to be on the ground at 2.45 p.m.
