A novel" version of the creation of Eve, that of a young pupil in one of ths schools, was related to the meeting of the Parents’ National Educational Union by Miss V. Blakey, of the Selwyn Housa School recently. Quoting Biblical language, said Miss Blakey, tne child wrote:' “ God caused a deep sleep to fall over Adam, and while Adam slept God took out all his brains and made a woman.” '
