SPECIAL NOTES FOR OWNERS ANB TRAINERS OF TROTTING HORSES. No rider or driver will be weighed out unless he is provided with a skull cap of the pattern approved by the Trotting Association. > Owners of horses starting for the first time after being registered with the Assoj elation must produce their copy of the completed registration form to the stipendiary steward at the meeting. The horse must also be in the birdcage one hour prior to tho first race for inspection by the Stipendiary Steward. Should a horse race with or without shoes, hopples, overcheck, and/or other gear in a race at the meeting, such horse must F ace * n an y subsequent race at the meeting in the same manner, unless the express consent of the stewards has been obtained to make an alteration. Any horse competing at the meeting shall be ridden or driven throughout the meeting by the same horseman unless the consent to another horseman being substi# tuted. J. E.
