MOTOR CAR INSURANCE.
WELLINGTON, March 28. The Wellington Automobile Club discussed proposals for the mutual assurance of cars on better terms than those now offered. Opposition was offered to Lloyd’s' proposals to the Auckland Association, on the ground that the money would go out of the country, while local companies spent over £3,000,000 in New Zealand. Th e delegate from Palmerston North said that if Lloyd’s offer was not accepted the motorists there-, would transfer to the Auckland Association.
