ITS CONDUCT CRITICISED WELLINGTON, .«arch 17. The Wellington Rowing Association passed a resolution disapproving of the conduct of the Championship Regatta at Wanganui, particularly the delay in starting the champion fours by the permitting of the men in the crews in this race to enter into a discussion as to the suitability of the water and their being allowed to delay the race by their refusal to start when called upon ; and also stating that the starting of the races generally was most unsatisfactory, and that even the postponement of the champion fours was no reason for delaying the subsequent events.
