WRESTLING. THYE BEATS KAUFFMAN. NEW YORK, March 15. At Portland a sensational and very rough match resulted in Thye winning two falls from Kauffman, of Columbia, Ohio, after losing the first. HOCKEY. OLD BOYS’ CLUB. The fourth annual meeting of the High School Old Boys’ Hockey Club was held on Thursday, Mr J. A. Robinson presiding over a large attendance. The Chairman extended a welcome to the new members, and expressed satisfaction at the large number present, and Mr J. P. Northey gave both juniors and seniors sound advice for the coming season. The hope was expressed that the club would have as successful a season as the previous one. An attractive programme for the social activities for the coming season was submitted and approved.
