NELSON CARNIVAL. NELSON, February 3 The Nelson carnival concluded to-night, with a lantern parade and a fireworks display. The Mardi Gras procession was remarkably fine, and was said to be one of the best and the most spectacular ever held in New Zealand. K Factory secured the championship.
