Kilkee has become such a confirmed nuisance at the post that the clubs show a decided weakness in accepting his nomination. lie kicked several horses when at the start, and eventually upset the field. The club refunded the investments on Larricon and Hollow Log when they were withdrawn, but in doing so it acted contrary to the rules of racing, which clearly state that investments cannot be returned after a horse has been weighed out.
