MEAT EXPORT TRADE
SIR ARTHUR KIDMAN’S VIEWS. SYDNEY, October 6. Sir Arthur Kidman has returned from a world's tour. He predicts a gloomy future for the meat export trade, principally because the War Office was dumping frozen and tinned meat on the market. Ho said that the cold stores in London are full, necessitating shipments of meat—particularly of New Zealand lamb—being detained at the docks for two months.
