"OkT RIGHT, STEPHENSON, & CO. » * (LIMITED) have received instructions from Dr F. Truby King to offer for sale' by public auction, as above, the whole of his Property, situated at Tahakopa, in the following LOTS : Lot I.—Township Farm, comprising 186 acres 2 roods 0 poles (more or less), adjoining the township of Tahakopa. This farm is mainly rich alluvial deposit, partly in grass and clovers, partly in crop, and partly fit for immediate ploughing. During the last 12 months about a mile and a-half of drains have been mad© through deep, strong rush and Maori-head ground, which will come inlo immediate profit. Only enough bush has been kept for shelter. - Lot 2. —Lauriston Farm, comprising 182 acres 3 roods (more or less). About the centre of this block stands the Railhead Co-operative Dairy Factory, «fhe farm comprises rich river flats and cle’Sfced bush land, in crop or laid down with grass and clover, also standing bush.
