MR D. G. SULLIVAN’S VIEWS. CHRISTCHURCH, March 1. Mr D. G. Sullivan, M.P., delivered a post* sessional address to-night, and said lie thought Sir James Allen was quite able to represent New Zealand at the Imperial Conference. Mr Massey should remain in New Zealand, seeing that the financial outlook was so bad. Mr E. J. Howard, M.P., expressed a similar opinion. Mr Sullivan received a vote of thanks and confidence.
