The Marlborough Timber Company is purchasing- two steamers of between two and three hundred tons each for their timber trade at Mussel Beach (says the Western Star). Tiro company are imploying about 50 additional workers to instal up-to-date machinery for cutting and handling the output of timber. When completed the null will be one of the most modern and up-to-date in the dominion.
