LAND APPLICATIONS. Janet Carmichale Barnett applied for an occupation lease over an estimated area of five acres of nnsurveyed land’ in block XIA, Shotover district. —Granted, subject to survey. William John Clark applied for an occupation lease in exchange for liis warden’s occupation lease over section 1, block VIII, Cromwell district. —Granted at capital value of £2 10s per acre. Timothy Dunlay applied for an occupation lease over an area of four acres (approx.) opposite section 96, block 1, Teviot, district.— Provisional lease granted at capital value of £lO. J. Oliver and L. F. Brough applied to select section 10s, Poplar Grove Settlement.— Ranger to report. George Rivers applied for a year to year license over an area in town of Alexandra. — Granted at 10s per annum. William Cavanagh applied for a grazing license over an area of about two acres of mining resevr© in block AX, Tuapeka East district.—Granted on the same terms. Robert Pearson applied for a year to license over an area in block I, Teviot district, fronting hie residence site.—Granted, at 5s per annum. Peter Bayne applied for a lease of section 20, block VI, Clarendon district. —Granted, at 35s per annum. M. E. M. Francis applied for a yearly license over section 58, block I, Naseby district.—Lease renewed, rent to be fixed by ranger. Andrev/ Dalziel applied for a grazing license over section 59, block XIX, Tuapeka East district, and part of mining reserve opposite and to the north of section 59. — Year to year license granted, at £2 10s per annum. R. Russell applied for a year to year license over an area of river bed reserve opposite block VII, Maruwhenua district.—Granted, at £1 per annum, subject to determination under section 130, and to three months’ notice if required for other purposes. Y. Morris applied to have the boundary or his run 512 with Mount Pisa Run altered. —Declined. Robert Johnston applied to withdraw his application for section 92, block 11, Tiger Ilill district. —Lease cancelled. John To hi 11 applied for an area in Leaning district adjoining his present holdings section 103, block VIII (Galloway), Leaning Rock district.—Declined.
