A correspondent of tlie Wanganui Herald, writing about Katana’s “miracle cures,” states that a prominent Tanmamnui chief, who was reported cured, and as having left his crutches with Katana, on his way home began to doubt the lasting quality' of the “miraculous cure,” and on bis arrival at bis home had a complete relapse.
