The finding of the district court-mart:al held at Featlierston Military Camp on the 25th April has been confirmed by tho Commandant of the New Zealand Military Forces, and is accordingly promulgated:— Private G. V. 11. Sandiford, Details, F.M.C., was found guilty of desertion and losing by neglect his clothing and regimental necessaries. He was sentenced to undergo detention for 60 days and to ■ b'J put under etopages of pay until he has made good the sum of £3 7s lOd for deficiencies of kit.
