A SHOCKING ACCIDENT.
MARRIED MAN KILLED. GERISTCHURCII. April 18: Sydney Rcid, a married man, aged 55. years, with six children, was caught in some, shafting while attaching a belt at the. Woplston Glue Works last evening, and his. body was found half an hour after by the night engineer. The body was stripped' of clothing, both legs were torn off below the knees, and the right arm was torn off below the elbow. Life was extinct whenReid was found lying in a vat below the. shaft.
