OTAGO CLUB. The St. Andrew’s Cross Competition was played on Balmaoewcn Links on Saturday, and was won by H. Browning (88-10-78). The best scores were:
ST. CLAIR CLUB. A Bogey match was played on the St. Clair Links on Saturday. Some good cardla were handed in. The following are the best R. A. "Westbrook, 5 up; G. A. Mooiney, 4 up; P. Seelye, 3 up; R. Dick, 3 up; E. J. Hocking, 2 up; D. D. M'Carthy, 2 tip; F. Oxford, 1 up; J. H. Drake, all square; F. Turner, 1 down.. Mixed Foursomes. —The tie resulting from the previous Saturday's match for the cup presented by Mr TV K. Sidey, M.P., and Mrs Sidey, was played off, and was won by Mr and Mrs W. D. M'Carthy.
