SYDNEY, June 1. As an outcome of the evidence before the commission, H. A., Morgan has been committed for trial on three charges of wickedly soliciting and inciting F. S. Black, the local manager of the British. Imperial Oil Company, and E. E. Wagstaff, general manager of the company, to cheat and defraud the King of divers large sums of money. Evidence similar to that given before the commission was tendered.
