LONDON, July 19. The Times crop report states that to July 1 the cold, wet, and prolonged winter, with the protracted drought and cold nights later, caused the crops to fall below the yield for the previous decade. The averages, as compared with the decade figures, are : —Wheat, 91 7-10 per cent.; barley, 80 6-10; oats, 73 6-10 ; beans, 84^-; potatoes, 87.
