All Entries and Acceptances must be addressed to the Secretary, and contain Entrance Money, Name, Description, Age, and Pedigree of Horse, Name of Owner, and assumed name, if any. Colours of Rider and Name of Trainer. 3. The Committee reserves the right to alter date or time- for Declaration of Weights. Nominations, or Acceptances, as it °niav deem fit. J 4. No horse whose Nomination and Acceptance Fees are unpaid will be allowed to start. '(■ No jockey will be weighed out for a race unless the amount of his minimum fee as for a losing mount has been previously paid to the Clerk of the Scales. 6. Owners are requested to be particular iu forwarding their Colours (unless registered), as the stewards have decided to Fine (without exception) any persons neglecting to coinply with this rule. No person will be allowed to ride unless attired in proper jockey costume. 7. Any Entry, Acceptance, Declaration of Forfeit, or Payment made by telegram or telephone shall be binding, but shall bo confirmed in writing forthwith. If such confirmation be not delivered, accompanied by necessary fees, to the Secretary of the Club within seven days, the Stewards or Committee may fine the owner 2sovs. 8. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances. 9. Horses entered in races for qualified hunters must produce Master of Hounds’ Certificate for 1915 at the iscales.
