BAGDAD AND MESOPOTAMIA
BERLIN, June 16. Subject to Turkey's approval on some material points, Sir E. Grey (Minister of Foreign Affairs) and the Prince of Lichnowsky (German Ambassador in London) have initialled an agreement on the Bagdad railway and Mesopotamia questions, embodying a complete understanding.
