CHARGE OF MURDER. WELLINGTON, November 18. Arising out of the finding of the body of a (filled under a house at Eastbourne on Sunday Detective-sergeant Rawle and Detective Mason this afternoon arrested a single young -woman, Ellen MargaretSeymour, on a charge of murdering her illegitimate child, Thelma May Seymou. The accused comes from Christchruch. Up to Satuday she resided at the house where the body was foud. She was remanded till the 26th inst-
