BERLIN, October 26
At a congress of medical associations representing 21,000 doctors it was resolved to refuse to enter into an agreement with the sick relief authorities under the revised national insurance scheme or to attend patients sent through the relief boards.
The congress protested against the scale of payment and against patients having a free choice of doctors.
