POLITICAL CRISIS
MADRID, October 26. The Spanish Government has resigned. The dissident Liberals allied with the Conservatives and carried an adverse vote in the Senate. The King appeals to the Liberals to restore harmony. A dissolution is expected. October 14 f. Senor Maura has declined to accept office. Senor Datto, a Conservative, with almost Liberal tendencies, is forming a Cabinet.
