WELLINGTON, October 17. The Railway Appeal Board upheld th« appeal of Joseph Jarvis against dismissal for taking a cup of milk from a can standing on the platform. E. Cloke storeman at Lambton Station, appealed against his dismissal for gross insubordination, but the appeal was dismissed.
