SERVIA AND ALBANIA. TURCO-BULGARIAN RELATIONS. BELGRADE, October 26. The withdrawal of the Servians from Albania has been completed. CONSTANTINOPLE, October 20. The complications between Servia and Austria are arousing great interest. The press points out that Greece has been left isolated and that she must adopt a compliance attitude, which Avill be to the profit of the Ottoman Empire. October 24. Rumours are current in regard to a convention between Turkey and Bulgaria. The Porto is desirous to assure Servia of her neutrality in the event of a conflict with Greece in Servia. She is willing to abandon her pretentions in Monastir in return for a nextension of the frontier in the direction of Salonika. SOFIA, October 24. Shukri Pasha, the defender of Adria nople, has departed for Constantinople. PARIS, October 20. It is officially stated that the Government does not admit that the Austrian ultimatum was justified, and that it will inquire if Austria guarantees Servia against Albanian inroads. Germany has not sent an ultimatum, but gives support to Austria, Italy doing likewise.
