RUSSIA'S FOREIGN RELATIONS
ST. PETERSBURG, April 27. In his maiden speech M. Sazonoff (Minister of Foreign Affairs) cordially affirmed the alliance with France and the entente with Britain and Germany. He eulogised the effect of the Anglo-Russian Agreement in Persia. Referring to the United States, he declared that Russia would not tolerate interference with her internal affairs.
