WELSH DISESTABLISHMENT
LONDON, April 15. The introduction of the Welsh Disestablishment Bill will be delayed until the Nationalists return from the Home Kule Convention in order to secure a Government majority. The bill lias been modified in the direction of permitting Welsh dioceses to remain members of Convocation.
