BARRISTER IN TROUBLE

ORDERED TO REFUND MONEY. SUVA. April 6. At the Police Court on Thursday Humphrey Berkeley,, a banister, who is well known in Australia and New Zealand, was ordered to refund the sum of £25. paid by an Indian as passage money to the Argentine, and £5 damages. It was stated in evidence that there were a number of other Indians who paid similar amounts. Notice of appeal was given.
