NO-LICENSE

RECENT NEW ZEALAND CAMPAIGN

SYDNEY, January 17.

At a meeting of the Council of the New South Wales Alliance, delegates from New Zealand participated, and the recent prohibition campaign was detailed by them. It was stated that the most powerful factor in the ooiise of prohibition was the enthusiastic support of the Labour party. Mr Hammond declared that, having been in every no-license area in the Dominion, he was more than ever convinced of the value and effectiveness of no-lioense.
