The Chamber of Deputies, by 540 to 6, expressed confidence in the new Government.
The declaration of the Prime Minister (M. Poincare) states that the Government intends to remain faithful to its alliances and friendships, and to maintain the sincerely pacific spirit, as well as relations of courtesy and frankness, with Germany.
