(Labour), declared that the Labour membera would not support Welsh Church disestablishment and Home Rule for nothing, nor would they be contented with an Adult Suffrage Bill next session. They intended to demand a fair share of time for the promotion of labour legislation. THE INSURANCE BILL. ' LONDON, January 11. Twenty-seven thousand doctors are pledged not to assist in the working of the Insurance Bill unless on the basis of the six cardinal points. CAMPAIGN IN IRELAND. LONDON, January 11. Mr A. Bonar Law will address a demonstration at Belfast on April 9, when there will be a march past similar to that given before Mr Balfour in 1892. Two thousand policemen will Ixs in the vicinity of Ulster Hall during Mr Churchill’s visit. The garrison will be confined to the barracks.
