ALLEGED CONSPIRACY

NEW YORK, January 4. Mr Emmett Flood, the national organiser for the Federation of Labour, has been arrested at Muscatine, in lowa, on a charge of conspiracy to destroy property by means of an acid bomb. Mr Wilson, a Socialist member of the City Council, is also charged with conspiracy. Details of the alleged offences have not been published.
