CONSTANTINOPLE, January 1. Said Pasha has been reappointed Prime Minister, and is endeavouring to reconstitute his Cabinet. January 3. The Ministry has been reconstituted strictly on Committee of Union and Progress lines. Nessia Effendi, Kadi in Egypt, becomes Sheik ul Islam, and Talaat Bey returns to the Ministry of the , Interior. The other changes are unimportant.
