DAWSON CITY, December 21. The scheme for the annexation of the Yukon territory to British Columbia has aroused opposition. Yukon declares that British 'Columbia wishes to capture the Yukon trade and to exclusively control the gold output. OTTAWA, December 21. Messrs Morine, Lake, and Ducharme have been appointed a commission to investigate the working of and expenditure in the Government departments.
