VANCOUVER, October 10. In Denver (Colorado) the telephone and telegraph services are crippled, and 300 miliss of railroad are out of commission. Only meagre reports, therefore, have been received from. the flood-swept districts of South-western Colorado and North-western Mexico. There are, however, rumours of heavy loss of life, but no verified lists are available.
