DEFENCE OF AUSTRALIA.
'PROPOSED NAVAL COLLEGE. SYDNEY, October 16. The Commonwealth Government proposes to establish a Naval College .at Port Hacking, at a of £IOO,OOO, ■whereof £35,000 has been promised from the Dreadnought fund. It is expected that the college will be completed within a year.
