FOOT-AND-MOUTH DISEASE.
SERIOUS OUTBREAK IN ENGLAND LONDON.. October 10. Sir E. Strachey, of the Board of Agriculture, announces that there is an outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease in Somerset, which ifi sericus in nine centres Thp disease cannot be traced to foreign feeding stuffs.
