BURGLARY AT NAPIER.

£6BO STOLEN. NAPIER, September 30. A daring burgalry was effected at the Corporation offices at Napier during last night, the thieves getting away with about £6BO, representing a fortnight's wages of the borough staff. When the office was opened this, morning "everything appeared as usual. The butside door of the strong room was locked; there were no signs of violence on the locks or doore, and it would appear that the unwelcome visitors were possessed of duplicate keys to fit the locks.
