Merchant Service Guild that the inquiry j into the wreck of the Elingamite on the J Three Kings should be reopened, in view of the fact that it had since been found that the islands were wrongly charted. I The Hon. J. A. Millar has now written ' stating that there is no power to grant a. rehearing without legislation being I passed to authorise it. j The Merchant Service Guild is now ar- ! ranging a deputation to wait on the MinI ister to urge him to bring in a bill next ! session making provision for the reheari ing of the case. I
