LONDON, March 18. Mr Redmond, in an article in the Reynolds Paper, cites the granting of autonomy to Alsace-Lorraine, also the existence of Germany's 25 autonomous States. Ho adds ;—" Our own colonial experienco, especially the latest instance in South Africa, has convinced mo that the time is near when the successful working o£ Home Rule in Ireland will be taken aa a matter of course." March 19. Mr W. Archer Redmond (son of the Irish Leader), Mr Hazkton, M.P., and Mr J. T. Donovan, who are visiting Australasia to appeal for Irish parliamentary funds, have sailed bv the steamer Rotorua.
