FESTIVAL OF EMPIRE.

LONDON, March 14. Six thousand workmen are engaged night and day erecting 200 buildings for the Festival of Empire. There are 600 exhibitors for the AllBriitish exhibition within the palace grounds. Clubs for colonial visitors are opening at Sydenham and Kuightsbridge. At the Crystal Palace 400,000 school children will attend. There, will be 16 full-dress rehearsals of the pageant. Ten acres will be devoted to sheep, cattle, poultry, butter, and fruit exhibitions in connection with the Agricultural Congress.
