The half-.yearlv sittings of the Supreme Court were continued here to-day. In two of the cases—one of perjury against a Chinaman and another of assault and robboiy—the juries were unable to agree. The •perjury ca«e. in which a Chinaman was the aocu.sed. will come up for hearing at the next half-yearly sittings, and the other case will be tried by a fresh jury. A youn{» man who was charged with a#>ault was found " Not guilty."
