OUTRAGE IN TURKEY
CONSTANTINOPLE, June 12. The bolts of a bridge at Lulebourgas, on the Oriental railway, were removed, and the express was thrown into the water. The conductor was killed and several were injured. The outrage was aimed against Mahmud Shevket Pasha, Minister of War, who was returning from his campaign in Albania. The General, however, came on to Constantinople by steamer.
