THE RUBBER MARKET
LONDON, May 24. There was a relapse in raw rubber. Buyers offered Is 6d below last auction's prices, but sellers refused to accept. SINGAPORE, May 28. The Straits Settlements Legislature has passed a Rubber Dealers Bill, prohibiting industrial organisations or corporations from attempting to monopolise the output on the market for cultivated rubber.
