A FRAUD EXPOSED

BERLIN, May 25.

In connection with the case in February last, in which Leslie Clark, an Englishman, was arrested in Berlin on a charge of being in possession of bills which he had obtained from Prince Joseph of Braganza in return for worthless shares, the accused has been sentenced to two years' imprisonment. A German named Lesenberg and two "Berlin bill agents, who were arraigned with Clark on a charge of selling the bills by fraudulent representation, were acquitted.
