SIR G. H, REID'S DESIRES. LONDON, April 20. Sir G-. H. Reid, speaking at the Municipal Corporation's dinner, said they all looked forward to the time when there would be not only British armies and fleets, but Imperial annies aind Imperial fleets. He said that school children should be given compulsory education in the rudiments of military formation and evolutions.
