LONDON, March 26. The Irish Butter Committee's report states that the stoppage of production for the -winter is most harmful to the industry. The committee advises the inanufacture cf butter during -winter iri order to obviate the objectionable practice which ha-a hitherto been customary on the part of the Irish creameries 'of purchasing colonial and foreign butters and reselling them without any indication of their origin. . - .* "v.
