CHARGE OF MURDER

LONDON, March 5

Cornelius Howard, charged with the muxder of a man named Storrs, was successful in proving an alibi, and was acquitted.

Early in November a burglar, while making his ©scape, fatally stabbed Mr George Storre, one of the largest building contractors in England, at his residence, Gorse Hall, Stalbridge. Mr Storr's cousin, Cornelius Howard, was charged with the murder. He was identified as the assailant by Mrs Storre and three servants.
